Yes, under most circumstances we can help move your goods into your ground floor property (access permitting).  Please discuss this with our representative when they call to book in delivery.

We will call or email you once we've received your order to confirm a mutually-acceptable delivery date.  We may not be able to specify a specific time, as this will depend on the other deliveries to be completed on that day.

Yes!  We can both collect from and deliver to any address on the Isle of Wight, Jersey or Guernsey (access permitting).

If your goods are particularly fragile, awkward to move, or heavy, a two-man delivery may be required, and this will incur additional costs.  Similarly, if you would like us to deliver at a specific time, on a weekend, or to a particular point in your property (e.g., upstairs), additional fees may apply.  However, when we call to book in delivery, we will discuss all of the options with you and the associated costs.

Call us on 023 8086 0722 with the details of the materials you'd like to store, and we'll give you a bespoke price.  If you decide to proceed on this basis, just arrange for your suppliers to deliver the goods into our Southampton depot, and we'll store them securely until you need them.  Email us as and when you want to call off materials, and we'll pull them from storage, prepare them for transit, and then deliver them back to you on an agreed date.
